In 2016, I managed a foresight project for the Egyptian Information Technology Institute (ITI) to in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)
to address the issue of youth unemployment in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector by leveraging the methodology of Foresight. By exploring different perspectives of the issue from both present and future angles, the project aims to develop a coherent, responsive, and resilient strategy for building competent ICT calibers and professionals to achieve a desirable future of youth employment in ICT sector.

In 2017, I joined the 3-days UNDP workshop Hacking the Project Cycle for Impact in Arab States & Africa, or colleagues from 20 countries across the two regions to familiarise them with UNDP’s Project Cycle Hackers Kit and encourage them to adopt a hacker mentality as they design and implement their programmes and projects.
